Winter Storm Jonas was one for the books.
The bruising blizzard barreled up the East Coast claiming lives and paralyzing cities
with hurricane-force winds and more than two feet of snow.
By mid-afternoon Saturday, all New York City roads, bridges and tunnels were closed,
with defiant motorists still taking to the streets despite the risk of arrest.
Gov.Cuomo said the ban on vehicles would be lifted at 7 a.m. Sunday.
